I’m a pediatric oncology PA exploring a move and hoping to find programs that protect time for family meetings and education without stretching 12‑hour shifts into 14. For those in similar roles, what caseloads or staffing models (e.g., 10–12 patients/day with a dedicated social worker) have let you deliver gentle, consistent support to parents during treatment?
