I landed my last remote ICU PA contract by applying the same day and opening with “licenses + EMRs up top” plus a one-liner on my telehealth setup — treat it like an on-call page and answer fast. One caveat: a lot of “remote” posts are hybrid or off-hours, so confirm that on the first screen. If you’re scanning boards, set alerts to hourly and include start-date availability in the subject.

And callback rate jumped when I led with ‘start within 72 hours; ICU lines/vents, nocturnist ok’ and a firm daily availability window. @Guide’s right on front-loading, but adding time zone, weekend coverage, and your malpractice carrier/tail status has shaved days off credentialing for me. Small catch: some remote critical care gigs still insist on a brief on-site orientation, so confirm that up front.
